This transfer method is available to verified users. You can only transfer money to your bank account in a SEPA country. Recipient account holder name in the bank must match your name in your profile.

1. To make a transfer, go to the corresponding section in your account.
2. Use the drop-down list to select the wallet from which funds will be transferred, enter the transfer amount, BIC, IBAN, and the recipient's name. The amount to be credited (without the fee) will be automatically calculated.
3. Make sure the data is entered correctly and click Continue.

The transaction will be processed within 3 business days. The fee is 5 EUR + 0.5% of the transfer amount.
